The film findsīond (Timothy Dalton) in the Florida Keys for the wedding of his CIA buddy Felix Leiter (David Hedison). Although James Bond purists will no doubt be dismayed by the drastic character change undergone by 007 in his 16th outing, LICENCE TO KILL offers a fresh look at the superspy, a new set of villains, and some of the most spectacular action sequences yet seen in the series.
